In August 2022, all occurrences of the Clinical Commissioning Group/CCG were replaced with Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (LICB). A whole site search has also been carried out to ensure this terminology change was across the site. In addition to the terminology change, information was added about Lincolnshire’s training requirements for CHC, some information resources, the process of referring a checklist on, CHC outcomes and information about the LCC Adult Care Continuing Healthcare Coordinator.
